Bodegas Altovela uses cutting-edge technology to make wines and our production reaches up to 45 million litres per year. Stainless-steel tanks, controlled-fermentation equipment, pneumatic presses and a bottling line with a capacity of 5000 bottles per hour in serveral different formats are found in our facilities. Addicionally, an ageing facilitity with a capacity of 3,000 oak barrels of Bordeaux type and a bottle-againg cave are also incluided.

    All our processes are subjected to quality controls, which are guaranteed by the IFS, BRC and ISO 22000 Certification Standards.
